Did a zoo move into the neighborhood?

Here I am sitting in my living room, catching up on some blog reading when I hear a strange noise. I can’t quite figure out what animal is making the noise…could be a bird, could be a monkey, could even be a beached baluga whale.  All I know is that it is NOT indigenous to San Fernando, CA (unlike the music that just started up next door). 

Maybe I should walk up the street and see if I can find this guy….
